AI Transformation

AI adoption grounded in your workflows.

Meaningful AI adoption requires transformation at a workflow level. First understanding how things are done today, then empowering you to understand the art of the possible with AI.

Why AI adoption fails

We help clients avoid the common pitfalls with standard AI adoption.

Standard AI rollouts stall in the same three places – stretched teams, processes left untouched, and capability that fades the moment the pilot ends. Our engagements are built to neutralise each one.

Pitfall 01

Resource constraint

Internal teams are already at capacity, so transformation work gets squeezed into the margins of the day job. We bring the bandwidth and the operating muscle to run the redesign without taxing the people who run the business.

Pitfall 02

Workflows stay the same

Tools get bolted onto the existing process and the redesign step never happens, so the savings never materialise. We rebuild the workflow at the activity level with the people who run it today.

Pitfall 03

Capability gap

The pilot team goes back to the day job and the rest of the organisation never picks the work up. Role-based upskilling and a coaching cadence keep capability alive long after the first workflow ships.

02How we help

A turnkey partner to ensure
your team is AI native.

Eight steps from coffee to capability, then the loop repeats. From sprint two onward, upskilling runs in parallel with the next workflow's discovery and redesign.

Step 01 / Discovery
Coffee-first conversation

Start with a conversation.

Where the team is on AI today, what has been tried, and what the appetite is for the work ahead.

Step 02 / Use Case Lab
Prove value early

Ship a working prototype on a real workflow.

Concrete output inside the first weeks. Demonstrates what AI can do for the team, not what it can do in a deck.

Step 03 / Process Survey
Roles and AI maturity

Map who does what, and how AI-ready the team is.

Structured survey of the team's current AI maturity, roles, and responsibilities against the processes they own.

Step 04 / Prioritisation Workshop
Sponsor-led

Pick the top three workflows for the first sprint.

Working session with the client sponsor to rank candidates against impact, data readiness, and risk. Three are chosen.

Step 05 / Workflow Discovery
As-is at the activity level

Document each workflow at the task level.

One workshop per workflow, breaking the as-is into activities, decisions, handoffs, data, and exceptions.

Step 06 / Workflow Redesign
Activity-level rebuild

Rebuild the workflow around AI.

Data, risk, and control requirements captured at every step. Delivered as a custom build or an ongoing managed solution.

Step 07 / Pilot
Ship in production

Run the redesigned workflow with the team that owns it.

Tooling assembled around the workflow: off-the-shelf platforms, our IP, or bespoke builds, whichever the workflow calls for.

Step 08 / Upskilling
Capability that compounds

Train the wider organisation while the next sprint runs in parallel.

Role-based curricula and a coaching cadence, running alongside the next workflow's discovery and redesign. Capability stays in-house.

Then repeat.

03What you receive

Six deliverables
the team keeps and runs.

Each is handed to the team and continues to compound the work long after we leave.

Deliverable 01

AI use case inventory

A scored register of every candidate workflow surfaced during discovery. Each entry rated against impact, data readiness, and risk, with a sponsor and an owner attached. Maintained as a living document the team can re-rank as conditions change.

Deliverable 02

Legacy process maps

Activity-level documentation of the as-is for every workflow we analyse. Decisions, handoffs, data flows, and exceptions captured at task granularity. The reference the team uses to validate the redesign and onboard new owners.

Deliverable 03

New workflows in production

The redesigned, AI-native version of each prioritised workflow, running with the team that owns it. Tooling assembled around the workflow – off-the-shelf, our IP, or bespoke – delivered as a custom build or an ongoing managed solution.

Deliverable 04

Monthly adoption reporting

A repeating cadence and reporting workflow that tracks usage, time saved, and the next opportunities to redesign. Owned by the team after handover, run monthly without us.

Deliverable 05

Office hours

A recurring live session where the team brings questions, blockers, and new use cases. Each session recorded and indexed so anyone in the organisation can catch up on their own time.

Deliverable 06

Upskilling assets

Role-based training manuals, prompt libraries, and reference materials packaged for self-service. The team picks up new use cases without us in the room.
